How to Enter

  • Leave a verified product review on our website for any KARU item you have purchased.

  • 1 Review = 1 Entry for that specific order.

  • All verified reviews left on the site are eligible - whether it's a simple star rating, a written review, or a photo/video.

  • To ensure fairness, entries are limited to one entry per order (multiple item reviews from a single order will count as one valid entry).

The Draw & Winner Announcement

  • Draws take place on the 1st of every month.

  • All reviews submitted during the previous calendar month will be automatically entered into that month’s draw.

  • The winner is selected completely at random using a verified digital random number generator.

  • We will contact the winner directly via the email address attached to their review/order and announce their first name on our social channels.

The Prize

  • The selected winner will receive a 100% refund on the total product value of the specific order being reviewed (excluding postage costs.)

  • Refunds are processed directly back to the original payment method used at checkout.
